Taking Elfies.

I was scrolling on my phone and suddenly 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea popped up and then while tidying up, I watched it on my phone for the 20,000th time. This sparked in my head that why don't I do a Disney theme today. So sure enough, I recently bought a pamphlet of Maleficent and decided to snap some pics.

I had just finished cropping them when I realized that I had already done this six years ago! So now I don't have anything to blab about. Sure, I have a Sleeping Beauty standee that I found the other day. It's kind of cool.

I also snagged this Fox from Pinocchio. (Figaro?)

Oh, here's a set of ten cards from Onward which is known in Japan under the title 2分の1の魔法 (Nibun no Ichi no Mahō, meaning "One-Half Magic")

And I watched another Webisode of Coven Academy. Cute but slightly dull. Luckily only 12 minutes long.

As for my Monster book, fortunately there's an entry on Elvis Elves.

 Oops.

Today's snack. Marshmallowy, chocolatey gooey Angel Pies.

Yay, they got the i-mockery site up and running. Go there and click around.

Okay, I promise, tomorrow will have more content!

Majo-rity Rules.

This wasn't on my watch list, just came across it by accident. I watched the first episode and now you can too.

A cute little show. VERY Disney and is certainly riding on the coattails of Wednesday, though it was still catchy enough to hook me for at least a few more episodes. Nice to see Tiffani Thiesson back in the limelight.

I don't know if this figure (emphasis on figure) is a witch, for I don't know much about OverLord. Still, a welcome addition to my repertoire.

I popped over to the supermarket and surreptitiously snapped some photos in the candy aisle. Here are a couple of items I didn't purchase but have a witchy presence.

This cat remained in the UFO Catcher bin, I shan't attempt a prize for 200 yen no matter how cool it is.

From my handy monster book, there is a 魔女 (Majo) present. Rather stereotypical, they even refer to her as a wrinkled old woman.

Let's rummage through the Countdown to Halloween bloggers, surely one of them will have a witch's brew. Perhaps Beyond the Haunt will conjure up something you like.

ps. my toe is healing well though it has lost some of its lustre.

Well, La Di Daa, La Di Daa.

Yesterday, I alluded to the passing of Diane Keaton. Today, I found the movie pamphlet for Annie Hall.

Upon reading her IMBD, I learned that she was in the second episode of Night Gallery (the Room with a View segment). Adorable as a nurse to an old guy who takes advantage of her carefree spirit.

I should track down Sleeper, a sleeper hit with a futuristic bent. She has starred in innumerable other movies and shows, here is a clip of her singing Seems like Old Times.

Okay enough of that. Back to Halloween. I spent the day sniffling my sniffles and watched both Legend (Tom & Tim) and Lifeforce.

I also watched a cute little Fraggle-esque Halloween special from over 40 years ago called, The Crown of Bog. And now you can too...

AND, I watched some new movie with Dakota Fanning about a mysterious box, Viscious!

Lots of jump scares that aren't very scary.

Not much energy to do anything ambitious so I treated myself to a special Thanksgiving dinner! Disney pasta.

I'm assuming the green is a spinach-noodle, from Left to Right we have, Pluto, Daisy, Scrooge McDuck, Donald, Mickey and Minnie. I couldn't find a green Goofy.

Chop and onion, add some actual spinach and throw in some tomato sauce and you get a bloody Scrooge McDuck!

Some Raspberry & nuts KitKat for dessert.

I wanted to find an Oni that was red with big horns (similar to Tim Curry as the Devil in Legend) and this one carrying what may be a dead unicorn fits the bill.

Kidomaru. (Okay, it's not a unicorn, it's a cow.)

No UFO Catching or Gatcha grabbing from my living room today, so I'll dig into the archives.

Finally, here's a comic contribution.

Check out other bloggers on the Countdown, for example, The Manhole Cover

Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving and Sports Day (Japan)!

Hopefully I'll go out and get some fresh air tomorrow!
