I'm a Pint-Sized Hero Too!

I had a great day wandering the streets of Sendai today and I'll elaborate on that someday. For now, I am going to showcase all of my Pint-Sized Heroes I've accumulated (usually at a buck a pop) for the expressed purpose of keeping a record of them so I don't buy any duplicates.

Unbelievably, this is the ONLY double from DC that I've amassed and I have two of them.

I've managed to acquire 14 different heroes and villains. Two-Face gets my vote as favourite.

Not a big fan of these MY MOJI heads. I suppose the Penguin is my fave of the bunch.

On to Spider-Man Homecoming.

I've landed the entire set! Kudos to the Vulture for first-place. Tony Stark comes in second.

Alas, lots of doubles, triples and quadruples. (Just a Peter-shy of a second set though.)

Other Spidey-stuff:

Sheesh, that's quite the menagerie. Unfortunately, the warehouse at which these are sold cheaply was almost sold out of them.

Ooh, Lizard and that Anti-Venom thingy win.

5/12 are doubles...Ouch!

I got a few Guardians goodies. Once again, slim pickings.

Oh dang, these are Series 2? I've never ever seen Series 1.

Angry and grimacing Rocket are tied.

Worst collation ever! More doubles than singles!

A few MOJI follow:

Hey, I just noticed something. These all have the same design and are just painted somewhat differently! What a ripoff!

Grrr! Hulk Smash!

At least only 4/18 were doubles.

I have two pals that'll take several of these doubles off my hands, if anyone else is interested, let me know.

Pillow Talk.

I finally got around to organizing my vast accumulation of pillows so now I have some room on the couch. That is, if I can get Godzilla and pals to move out of the way.

Some of these cushions have been shown before yet I don't know which ones, so they're all being showcased. Here are some Star Warsian ones.

Lupin III and Nightmare's Jack.

Dragonball, Conan and Gudetama. These were all won via Kuji lucky draws. I have no attachment to them and since they're still in plastic, I'll probably sell them. (Any takers?)

Two Civil War pillows (it's the same pillow, just two different images on the flipside), Captain America, Iron Man and Spidey pillows and some stuffed stuff.

More stuffed stuff.

I'd bought this long mesh tubular thingie ages ago and decided to stuff some stuffed stuff within.

I haven't done so yet though I plan to add these mini stuffed versions of the above Action Toys (they AREN'T stuffed toys, they're Action Toys!)

Three different Spideys.

The main Guardians of the Galaxy.

Iron Man and Hulk and their Lilliputian counterparts.

Mini Thor and Cap. I suspect that they have a much larger clone.

Don't judge me too harshly; I easily won these at UFO Catcher over 15 years ago. I don't have a clue who they are. Any ideas?

Finally, I've added my giant Porg to the mix.

Galactic Guardians!

I finally had a chance to see the Remix on Sunday and it was wonderful. Apart from myself and my friend, you wouldn't know it though, for nary a peep could be heard from the two dozen people in the theatre. I laughed, I coughed (stupid bronchitis) when laughing, and I shed a few tears as well. Let's just say that if there were ever a time for an actor portraying a comic book character to win an Oscar, that time is now for Michael Rooker!

So of course, I had to buy me some clear files! A 3D one:

A four-sleeve one:

And a punkish one:

A sticker.

And one of those little plastic sheets kids put under they note paper for ease of writing upon it. 下敷き (shita jiki) we don't seem to have a word for it in English, "Under-board" perhaps? In 3D as well!

When you rotate the sheet, you get either sweet or angry versions of Rocket and Groot.

There was other cool merchandise but a little out of my price range. If anyone wants to buy me a present some time...

It's nice going to the cinema with a friend for a change. This way, they can take silly pictures of me interacting with the actors.

And my favourite for the upcoming Ghibli-esque movie, Mary and the Witch's Flower. I really could not get the hang of broomstick gliding.

 Ahhh!

Yvonne, on the other hand took to flight with no problem!

Next weekend, The Arrival finally arrives in Japan under its Japanese title, Message!
