I know I'm jumping all over the place here, but I have a lot of blogging to catch up on and I am organizationally challenged. So here's some pics of some sushi I ate in a Rotating Sushi bar at Narita airport. It was a little more expensive than the 100¥ raw fish you get in the 回転鮨 (kaiten-zushi=rotating sushi)shops in Sendai, but the slabs of sliced 魚 (sakana=fish) were huge. You can pick a plate as it passes by you or you can order special from the chef who'll slice it freshly for you. Each plate is individually priced according to the expensiveness of the order. It's easy to rack up to 6-10 plates in a sitting.
