That's latin for "Doll Festival" (though I may have the declination wrong) and today just happens to be ひな祭り (hina-matsuri=Doll Festival). Previously on this date, I'd showcased Doll Man, Pink Lady, Mini Moni and some Kewpies. This year I came across a display of Roman Dolls at the Watari town center and I thought I share them for you.
I guess I should have warned you that that was a tad creepy. How about some balloon art of the Emperor & Empress to end off this year's Doll Fest?
