ぴかぴか (pikapika) means glittery or sparkly. The following link is "Animated lights... beautiful sequence of photos using long exposures put together into a single animation." It premiered at the Ottawa Animation Festival last week and Japanese filmmakers Takeshi Nagata & Kazue Monno won an honorable mention for their experimental short.
