Mum's The Word!

Battling the snowstorms, I did manage to pay a visit to my mother on occasion. She has settled into her new home, Extendicare, in Willowdale for about 15 months. I helped choose the locale when I was last there and she seems much more content. Of course the big screen TV and Gardening shows/ Road to Avonlea DVDs help keep her happy. She hasn't any mini-strokes, infections or severe bouts of pain since her William Osler days of Brampton, so the staff must be doing something right. There are a few minor nits I could pick with the staff, but no need to get into them.
