Hail Caesar!

It's buddy, Suu's bar's Title's 2nd Anniversary today. Few places make it past their 1st anniversary in the Buncho, so this is indeed an auspicious occasion.


To celebrate, I'm contributing the ingredients for a Bloody Caesar, Canada's answer to the Bloody Mary. The primary differences being Clamato Juice rather than Tomato and Celery Salt (which I just happened to bring back from Canada at Christmas.)

Ingredients:
6 oz. Clamato Juice
1½ oz. Vodka
2 Dashes Hot Sauce
2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Celery salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Lime/Lemon wedge
1 Crisp Celery Stalk

Preparation: Rim glass first with Lime wedge and then with celery salt.

I hope he can find a supplier of Clamato Juice in the future, it's rather inconvenient to lug it in my suitcase!
