Michael Moore's latest documentary is all about the glories of the American Health Care System and the problems with the Canadian system (or is that the other way around? I dunno, I haven't seen it.) Mr. Moore was
in Toronto recently to promote his movie at the Toronto Film Fest to much ballyhoo.

There are going to be glitches in any system but the competence of the surgeons is usually not at question (
Hi, Dr. Nick!)
Some Japanese surgeons need to bone up on their basic anatomy and should learn
their right from their left. (I love this bit: "...the doctor explained what had happened to the patient's family and reattached the mistakenly removed skull fragment from the right side of the head".
It could have gone like this: "Well, if it isn't my old friend Mr. McGregg - with a leg for an arm and an arm for a leg".
