Oops, that's Dreamer. Here are the streamers from 七夕・ Tanabata yesterday. Thousands of hours are spent folding little cranes and other goodies to hang on these long banners, then off a bamboo pole so that you can't walk 2 feet without having your eyes poked out by some random strip of Origami.
Since it is a Star Festival, here is the method to make a Puzzle Star. (I take no responsibility for any eyes poked out when you throw them like Shuriken! Can he throw a Ninja disc? Sure he can!)
