Along the arcade seems to be the venue for the esoteric groups. They may or may not play Jazz, but over the weekend, I saw bizarre guitars, a pan flute, a koto, gospel singers...
In the park, I also saw this old guy dressed in red playing a weird sitar type instrument and singing in a deep baritone. He called himself セレーネンパイサ or "serenen-paisa".
